The great economic crisis left thousands of people unemployed, young university students unable to find work, and others ending up in absolute poverty.
On the other hand, the Upcycling trend was beginning to take hold due to the excess of consumption and digitalization that left a large number of products unusable.
This circular economy startup was born out of a social and environmental need at a critical time. We took these two problems and creatively united them in a series of workshops where they learn the art of Upcycling to feel productive again. It was not a job but a social and production meeting place where they could socialise and keep their spirits up and earn some money while they found a job.
