Change Management is a systematic approach to dealing with the transition or transformation of an organization's objectives, processes or technologies. The purpose of change management is to implement strategies to effect change, control change and help people adapt to change.
Problem:
Lack of presence in the company.
Need to increase user engagement in technology readiness and migration events.
Solutions:
Strengthen communication through Graphic Design.
Create a user experience for events and migration processes from old to new technology. 
The concepts we have worked with are: Transformation and adventure. We rely on storytelling techniques to develop communications, presentations and campaigns to launch new products. The user embarks on a journey through several phases during their migration. 
For this experience I have redesigned corporate elements that convey change and transformation, by creatively handling established visual elements that capture attention and aid the feeling of change and transformation during specific time periods that the client wants to achieve. 
People engagement & readiness model. 
The first project is to design a strategic model of collaborative work between different departments and activities. 
There are different departments involved with change management, it is a different, cross-functional collaborative activity with different dynamics between them. The design that best fits this new dynamic is this wheel of colours that mix and flow between departments. 
In addition, a series of special icons are created for these functions with which each department is easily identified. The icons are used for presentations and internal communications.

Launch and user migration campaigns.
Visualizing on the road. The CMO department has a system in place for user launch and migration campaigns, so I have worked on a design system to replicate across different products and user groups and iterate to improve it. 
I have collected by means of icons the main functionalities of the new platform and the logo of its activity. These icons are recognised by future users because they are related to their usual tasks. The aim is to help them connect. I keep using different colours to keep the visual coherence of OCM.
This iconography is used for documentation, presentations and internal communication banners. 
We designed this road map for the communication campaign. The aim is to visualize the road to the different events. The client wants to convey "transformation journey".
Hangouts Background and Achievement Insignia to announce the final celebration.  
The events are online so the different leaders use this Hangouts Background in line with the campaign.
